You will do the following desserts:
1. SPLITSKA TORTA - SPLIT CAKE IN GLASS
Split cake is a beloved Croatian dessert from the city of Split. It's a layered masterpiece featuring a nut and dry fruit meringue base complemented by a simple egg yolk buttercream.
3. KOMIŠKA POGAĆA - SAVORY PIE
Komiška pogaća is a traditional Croatian dish from the island of Vis. It is a savory pie made with a home made dough and filled with a mixture of tomatoes, onions, anchovies, salted anchovies and spices.
2. BOBIĆI
Bobići are delightful little cookies specific to Dalmatia, Croatia. Traditionally associated with All Saints' Day, these sweet treats are a delightful combination of almonds, sugar, and often a touch of secret spices.
4. TORTA OD ROGAČA - CAROB CAKE
Carob cake is a traditional Croatian dessert made with carob, almonds, orange and olive oil. It is a rich and decadent cake that is perfect for a special occasion.
